Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the gogojil website at gogojil.net, creating a gogojil account, completing the gogojil login process, or participating in any game, bet, promotion, or other feature offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the gogojil Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gogojil (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the gogojil platform.

Section 02

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use a gogojil account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming and sports betting in the Philippines, and gogojil strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification at registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the gogojil platform is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously had a gogojil account suspended or terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, Terms violations, or identity misrepresentation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of gogojil, its affiliated entities, or its licensed game providers in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active gogojil account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gogojil reserves the right to verify the identity of all registered players through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required.

Registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including falsifying your age or identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

Section 03

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gogojil login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your gogojil account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you personally, unless you have promptly notified gogojil of suspected unauthorized access. gogojil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• You must notify gogojil immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• gogojil recommends using a strong, unique password for your gogojil login and enabling all available account security features.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• gogojil reserves the right to freeze your account pending investigation if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

gogojil employs industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption across the entire platform. However, no digital system is entirely immune to risk, and gogojil cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

Section 04

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the gogojil platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The accepted deposit and withdrawal methods available to Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). gogojil reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your gogojil account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method but gogojil aims to reflect GCash and PayMaya deposits in real time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the gogojil cashier at the time of deposit.
• gogojil does not accept deposits from credit facilities, third-party accounts, or payment methods not registered in your verified name. Deposits received from ineligible sources will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of the payment method being used.
• Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed if the account is under investigation, if wagering requirements on associated bonuses have not been met, or if additional documentation is required.
• gogojil aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Exact processing times depend on the payment method selected and may vary.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

gogojil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each bonus offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each offer. gogojil reserves the right to exclude any player from a bonus offer at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins or credits expire after the period specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse and Misuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method deemed abusive at gogojil's discretion — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

gogojil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.

Section 06

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the gogojil platform — including slot titles, live dealer games, bingo, sabong, and sports betting markets — are subject to individual game rules that apply in addition to these Terms. By participating in any game or placing any bet on the gogojil platform, you accept those game-specific rules.

• All random number generator (RNG) based games on gogojil use certified RNG systems. Outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are final once confirmed by the platform.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round as captured by the studio feed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the round result will be determined by the record held by the game provider's system.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as verified by gogojil's data providers. gogojil reserves the right to void bets on events where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system fault that affects game outcomes or displayed odds, gogojil reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. gogojil's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake only.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the gogojil platform is strictly prohibited.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gogojil platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering as, or misrepresenting yourself to be, a person under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one gogojil account.
• Using the gogojil platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, tools, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; any such gains obtained through exploitation are not legitimate winnings and will be reversed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gogojil staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, forged, or stolen documents during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt gogojil's systems, servers, or networks.

Section 08

Responsible Gaming

gogojil is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and gogojil provides tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified gogojil account holders and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard after gogojil login:

Intellectual Property

All content on the gogojil platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of gogojil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and relevant international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gogojil platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the gogojil platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any gogojil trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers for any purpose without express written authorization.
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data extraction methods on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of gogojil's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by gogojil.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gogojil, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gaming or betting activity — gambling involves inherent financial risk and gogojil does not guarantee outcomes.
• Loss of data, account access, or functionality arising from technical failures, maintenance, or cybersecurity incidents beyond gogojil's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional terms, where such information contains errors that are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the gogojil platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine law, gogojil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gogojil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gogojil's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Section 11

Suspension and Termination

gogojil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection or identity misrepresentation.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or game systems.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring gogojil to restrict or terminate access.

In cases of voluntary account closure by the player, any available real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and standard withdrawal processing procedures.

In cases of termination for cause (including fraud, Terms breach, or illegal conduct), gogojil reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

gogojil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gogojil will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on the gogojil website, an in-platform notification displayed upon gogojil login, or a communication sent to your registered email address.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the gogojil platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Section 13

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. gogojil operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework, and any regulatory matters will be addressed in accordance with PAGCOR rules and procedures.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the gogojil platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gogojil support. gogojil will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly at the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines. By using the gogojil platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
