Section 11

Minors and Age Verification

The gogojil platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming and sports betting. gogojil does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the gogojil registration process. All players are required to confirm their age at registration and to submit government-issued identification as part of the KYC process. gogojil uses identity verification procedures to enforce this requirement and regularly conducts age-verification checks on existing accounts.
